Before your experience

A few useful details.

When can I book, and how does payment work?

We will start taking bookings in 2027. For now, we welcome enquiries and expressions of interest. When bookings open, a 50% deposit reserves your date; your experience is confirmed once the remaining balance is paid and payment is complete.

Where do your experiences fit within workplace development?

We are the first step: understanding yourself. Our experiences give employees and managers space to explore who they are, how they work and what helps them work best, individually, within a team and for your company. That self-understanding provides a foundation to build on through further skills training, team development and leadership coaching.

We shape the experience around your people and your organisation, with self-development and burnout prevention in mind. Every session follows our Educate. Practice. Reflect. approach.

Who decides how many people attend?

You do. Every session is a private booking for you or your own group, with a maximum of ten people. Corporate programmes can include any number of employees across repeated sessions. We do not run open groups or wait for places to fill. Please tell us the number attending in advance so we can prepare the space, materials and delivery for everyone.

How should I arrive?

Please come clear-headed and feeling emotionally ready to explore yourself and take part in reflection. These experiences are self-discovery, rather than counselling or therapy. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

Can you accommodate mobility or access needs?

We endeavour to accommodate everyone. Tell Carrie about mobility issues or other access needs when you enquire or book, so we can discuss the venue and activities with you and plan any suitable adjustments.

Will there be experiences for teenagers?

Teen experiences will be added soon. Check back for updates to the menu.
