Settle into a welcoming setting with music suited to the experience, light refreshments and time for breaks. Some experiences include meditation. Across three hours, we move through three stages, giving you space to learn, explore and reflect together.

Explore the topic, why you’re here and what the experience aims to help you discover. - Practice
Take part in activities chosen for your experience: from workbooks to creative activities such as pottery smashing, with many possibilities in between. - Reflect
Relax into a group discussion about what you’ve noticed, what it means to you and the next steps you might choose. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

We are based in Devon and currently cover surrounding areas. Every experience takes place in person.
Close to your group
We arrange a suitable local venue for your experience. Local venue hire and light refreshments are included in your agreed quote.
Something to share at home
Turn a girls’ night, lads’ night or your usual movie night into a shared self-discovery experience. Selected experiences can be hosted at someone’s home, with a suitable space agreed beforehand.
We come to your team
For workplace experiences, your premises are our first choice. If needed, we can source an alternative venue, with any additional cost agreed in advance.
Further afield, with care.
Travel throughout the UK is possible. For bookings involving travel beyond our local area, the person or organisation arranging the experience covers travel costs and a minimum of one night’s accommodation. The arrangements and costs are agreed with you in advance.
We plan both journeys with care, giving our coaches time to arrive rested, deliver your experience with their full attention and rest before travelling home safely. We keep costs down wherever possible, while putting the care and rest of our team first when accepting a booking. We practise what we preach.
