Bring your group together

You don’t have to wait for someone else to organise it.

Friends, a community group or people who want to learn together — bring your group and choose an experience that helps you explore yourselves.

01 / YOUR GROUP

A space for all of you

Bring your own group for a shared experience. You decide who attends, up to a maximum of ten people, and tell us the number in advance so we can plan for everyone. We do not run open groups or wait for spaces to fill. Share as much or as little as you choose.

02 / YOUR EXPERIENCE

Time to understand yourself

Three hours of learning, practical activities and relaxed group reflection, with breaks and light refreshments. All experiences take place in person: human interaction and shared conversation are central to what we do.

03 / THE WORKPLACE

From Stretched to Stronger — Together

From Stretched to Stronger — Together starts with the person behind the job. Employees explore who they are and how they work, as the foundation for understanding how they work best, individually, within a team and for your company. Businesses fund the experiences; employees do not pay individually. We can arrange one session or a programme reaching hundreds or thousands of employees, in groups of up to ten. What would you like to explore?

Creative ways to discover more about yourself, through shared activities, conversation and reflection.

Teen experiences will be added soon. Check back for updates.

  1. Kintsugi — The Beauty of Becoming

Repair a ceramic piece inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi. Explore change, imperfection and acceptance, and the stories that make you who you are.

  2. Clay — Shape Your Own Way

Work with clay and notice what happens when things take an unexpected shape. Make space to explore control, expectations, patience and your own choices.

  3. Behind the Mask

Create a mask and explore the parts of yourself you show, hide or adapt to fit in. Reflect on identity, belonging, people-pleasing and the energy it takes to mask or manage sensory overload, with space to consider what helps you feel more yourself.

  4. A Life That Feels Like Yours

Build a layered collage of what matters to you. Explore your values, desires and how you would like everyday life to feel, beyond other people’s expectations.

  5. The Body Speaks

Explore the connection between emotions and physical sensations. Guided standing exercises, with seated options, invite you to notice how different thoughts and everyday feelings can affect your posture, breathing and muscle tension. Create your own body map and reflect on the signals you notice.

  6. Tension & Release

Explore how stress can show up as physical tension. Try gentle progressive muscle relaxation, comparing how selected muscles feel when gently tensed and then released. Notice your own responses, reflect on everyday stress signals and practise a relaxation skill, with activities adapted to your comfort.

  7. The Shared Table

Prepare and share food together, making room for the stories that come with it. Explore connection, family roles and the ways we give and receive care.

  8. The Soundtrack of You

Use songs and creative exercises to explore the moments and emotions that have shaped you. Reflect on your identity and the feeling you would like to carry into your next chapter.

  9. Through Your Own Lens

Follow photography prompts and see familiar things from a fresh perspective. Explore what catches your attention, the assumptions you make and the different ways we see the world.

  10. One Canvas, Many Voices

Create a shared artwork and notice how your group finds its way together. Explore boundaries, communication and collaboration while making space for your own voice.

Something to carry forward

Your discoveries. Your next chapter.

Anything you make during a creative experience is yours to take home. Experiences without a craft use individual workbooks or similar reflection materials, giving you pen and paper to explore through words, doodles and ideas. Your notes are yours to keep and return to.

Change and growth look different for everyone. We create space to explore who you truly are, what matters to you and how you want to move forward. The meaning you find and what you take with you emotionally or mentally will be personal to you; there is no expected revelation or prescribed outcome.
