From Stretched to Stronger — Together

Self-understanding
comes first.

From a new start-up to an established business with thousands of employees, there is room for everyone.

Before people can recognise how they work best, they need space to understand who they are and how they work. Our workplace experiences begin there, creating a foundation for working together and for further team, skills and leadership development.

Understand the individual.

Explore personal values, needs, strengths, habits and responses to pressure. Help employees recognise what supports their best work, what drains them and what they need to communicate.

Bring that understanding to work.

Reflect on how those discoveries shape communication, collaboration and each person’s contribution to your company. With a clearer understanding of themselves, people have a starting point for making thoughtful changes and getting more from the development that follows.

Small groups. A whole organisation.

Ten is the maximum number in each session, rather than a limit on the size of your workforce. We keep every experience personal, then repeat sessions so everyone you want to include has the opportunity to take part.

YOUR ORGANISATION

One session or many

Book a single group session, fifty sessions or a longer programme. There is no fixed limit on the number of sessions your programme can include. We plan the scale and schedule with you, whether your business is big, small, new or well established.

A SUSTAINABLE RHYTHM

Up to eight sessions a week

We can deliver two three-hour group sessions a day, four days a week. With up to ten people in each session, that creates up to eighty attendance places a week while protecting time for our coaches to rest and prepare.

YOUR PROGRAMME

A schedule that fits

The number of weeks depends on how many employees will attend, how many experiences you choose for each person and the schedule agreed with you. Carrie helps you plan the groups and delivery around your organisation.

Self-development for managers and leaders

The person behind the role.

“You cannot sustainably lead other people beyond the level at which you’re prepared to understand and develop yourself.”

How we lead starts with who we are.

The person you are comes with you into your work, your relationships and your parenting. Understanding your own values, needs, habits and reactions is the first step towards recognising how you work best and how your way of working affects others.

Space to reflect. Room to grow.

Our management experiences begin with the human being behind the role: how you respond when challenged, listen to different perspectives and take responsibility. Through learning, practice and reflection, we help you explore your own patterns and needs. This self-awareness provides a foundation for developing your leadership skills, supporting your team and modelling the behaviour you hope to see.
